1)選擇(zé)原材料的原則

基料分子要有(yǒu)極性較強的化學鍵(jiàn),即分子末端具備有活潑性基團,如羥基、羧基、酚基、醚鍵等(děng);基料具有複合性能(包括化學性(xìng)能和物理性能)。

首先采用表麵物理包覆方法均勻分散納米材料具體應用如(rú)下:為(wéi)了充分發揮納米材料的優異性能,首先要(yào)確保其能在高分子溶液中有良好的分散性。我們在研究中(zhōng)發現,可以借助穩定的分散(sàn)助劑,通過高速攪拌使高分子吸附(fù)在納米粒子(zǐ)表麵上(shàng),從而減少範德(dé)華(huá)力(lì),而且產生一種新的空間位阻斥力,對粒子間的各(gè)種締合力起到減弱(ruò)或屏蔽作用,粒子間再發(fā)生團聚將十分困(kùn)難,最終得到穩定的分散效果。其次提(tí)高防(fáng)腐膠的機械性(xìng)能(néng)(如圖1所示)添加一定粒徑一定量n-SiO2,複旦大學武利民等在《n-SiO2在高固體分聚氨酯塗料中的應用》[1]一文中介紹了納米n-SiO2時,對塗(tú)層(céng)拉伸強度和(hé)斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率的影響。再次提高(gāo)防腐膠儲存性與施工性。再有需要提高抗老化性能。n- SiO2具有極強的紫外反射能力,對波長400nm以內的紫外反射率達70%以上,因此是一種好的抗老化的添加劑;n- SiO2對紫外線(xiàn)的屏蔽是以吸收和散射為主(zhǔ),經紫外分光廣度儀檢測,它對(duì)200nm以上(shàng)的紫外光線的屏蔽率高達99.99%,因此我們可以填充一定量的納米材料到防腐膠(jiāo)中提(tí)高防腐膠的抗老化能力(lì),以便適應海洋重(chóng)防腐的(de)要(yào)求。

N- SiO2 has a strong ability of UV reflection, UV reflectance on the wavelength less than 400nm is more than 70%, so it is an excellent anti-aging additives; shielding n- SiO2 on ultraviolet by absorption and scattering, the UV shielding of breadth instrument, it more than 200nm UV light rate as high as 99.99%, improve the anti-aging ability of anticorrosive glue so we can be filled with a certain amount of nano materials to the anticorrosive glue, so as to adapt to the requirements of heavy duty anticorrosion.
